Over-dose of FMN induced an increased excretion of thiamine, niacin and pyridoxine. The influence on niacin excretion was more pronounced. This fact may be deduced as to be resulted from a competition on the ATP between nicotinamidemononucleotide and FMN for the formation of DPN and FAD.
