Concentrations of Water-soluble Vitamins in Breast Milk That Is Data for Decision for "Dietary Reference Intakes for Japanese, 2010"

Abstract

Newly revised "Dietary Reference Intakes for Japanese (2010)", which is used from fiscal year 2010 to 2014, was published by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare. This review is a summary of the papers which were used to decide the accepted values of the water-soluble vitamin contents of Japanese breast milk.
