抄録

1. We have succeeded in extracting the crystal male hormone from boar testes and described the method of preparation. The physiological activities of the crystal hormone are more active than any of the testicular preparation that have been reported heretofore.
2. The activities of the crystal male hormone extracted from boar testes against comb and seminal vesicles are not destroyed by alkaline hydrolysis.
3. We have proved by fairly well-grounded experiments that the crystal male hormone form testes and the hormone from urine are not chemically identical.
