Synthesis of 1-Phenyl-3-hydroxypyrazole-5-carboxylic Acid Derivatives

Abstract

N, N-Dimethyl-1-phenyl-3-alkoxypyrazole-5-carboxamide (V : R=CH₃, C₂H₅, C₃H₅) and N, N-dimethyl-1-phenyl-2-methyl-4-chloro-3-oxopyrazole-5-carboxamide (VI) were synthesized, and (V : R=CH₃, C₂H₅) was found to have an analgesic activity comparable to that of aminopyrine.
