This paper presents an analytical approach for estimating the fiber crossing angle variation and the polar anisotropic elastic moduli of fabric-reinforced-rubber diaphragm by introducing the extension ratio in the forming process as a structural parameter.
A good agreement between the theoritical and the experimental results for the fiber crossing angle distribution of the diaphragm was obtained.
These results would be useful for further analysis on stroke characteristics, stress distribution and vibration properties of the flexible diaphragm.
