In this study, among the large-scale housing estates with an area of 100ha or more nationwide, the aged housing estates that started moving in by the 1970s were classified by cluster analysis for the demographic composition by age. As a result, we were able to find the multigenerational housing estates with a small elderly population. Furthermore, as a result of considering the characteristics of the housing estates, the move-in time is dispersed due to the delay in development, the convenience is high, and the housing demand is constantly high. It was found that convenience was improved by improving transportation infrastructure such as the location of commercial facilities, the opening of new railways, and the opening of stations.
