Both the guttapercha and the metalic pin implant are the same in the fact that the alien substances to the vital must be inserted. For an endodontist the most important thing is whether an alien substance will come out from the apical foramen. But thinking from the implant side this will be no problem. There is a slight difference in the ways of thinking between the conservative dentistry and the implantologists about the endodontic implant. I have been making efforts to maintain a tooth by taking the way of thinking of implantologists. Nowadays, the tooth which is infected as to be impossible to be maintained and must be extracted can be maintained by the progress of the technique and also by the dovelopment of the new material. The success rate is becoming high.
