A 23-year-old female patient with bimaxillary protrusion was treated by multi-lingual appliance. A well-interdigitated buccal occlusion, with a Class I canine and molar relationship were obtained. This resulted from the lower incisors uprighting, the control of lingual root torque in the upper anteriors. And, favorable facial change were observed.
2-years posttreatment intraoral photographs show a stable Class I relationship.
