To satisfy the target properties of adhesives, we had developed a novel material design system (weak conditioned combinatorial linear programming (WCCLP) and user friendly software) which is effective to search the combination of a well-balanced material. We also propose an algorism of risk evaluation in material supply by applying the WCCLP results for optimization. This algorism is based on graph theory, and the risk can be calculated by the function of combination index. The algorism is also effective to evaluate the stability and robustness of materials supply risk of materials such as paint, adhesive, food, etc.
