In this paper, we provide an overview of a short-term internship that is carried out in our college. First, we perform the questionnaire survey to students, to analyze the self-evaluation by the internship experience. Next, using panel data, such as internship experience and sex, the GPA of each semester, change in the GPA, we perform an empirical analysis. The study concludes that compared to the students and inexperienced students who have experienced the internship difference in performance is significantly higher in after the first semester of sophomore, or is the effect of the internship do not become clear. From the results of multiple regression analysis, when we use change in the GPA as a factor internship experience is a result of increasing the GPA of the second semester of junior and the first semester of senior. But, when we use the GPA of each semester as a factor, is not a result of increasing the GPA of the second semester of junior and the first semester of senior. Next, career decision rate of internship experience is a significantly higher result when compared to the inexperienced students. From the results of verifying the factors that affect the career decision using probit and logit analysis, the case of using change in the GPA experience the experienced or inexperienced of the internship has become significant for career decision. But, it is not clear in the case of using the GPA of each period.
