The robot technique progresses quickly in recent years. In connection with this, a robot's activity is expected in various places or various environment. So, in this research, how to move to the destination is examined, making a roving robot learn using the reinforcement learning which is a strong candidate in the autonomous control technique, but has not yet established well in the strange environment.

The image matching technology is important in robot vision. This technology is very useful in the case that images are transformed in parallel or are slightly rotated. However, the template matching can't be applied to the image with rotation, scale conversion on projection-distortion. In this paper, how to acquire the space position information of the target mark on the image is stated, taking the method with the reinforcement learning by which the right correspondence is obtained after the acquired image with rotation, scale conversion, or projection-distortion is projective back transformed.

This paper proposes the method of acquiring 3-dimensional information by tracking four-laser points on the target, for the purpose of making a robot recognize a sign etc, more correctly. Here, 3-dimensional information means (1) the distance from the camera to the target, (2) the pan and the tilt angle, (3) the inclination of the target having tilt and pan. These valves are derived by measuring the change of squares' size, the position on 2-dimensional image plane, the length between right and left sides of the square as a target, respectively.
