It is know that graphene has high mechanical properties and chemical corrosion resistance. Therefore, it is expected to add graphene into polymer as a reinforcement and a corrosion resistant material. However, graphene is expensive and it is not cost-effective material. In order to reduce the cost of graphene, efficient production method is required. In this study, liquid exfoliation of graphite was adopted for mass production of few-layer graphene. Here the concept of ideal exfoliation method, and the machine that realize the concept are discussed. The productivity for proposed method exceed 3 g/h, which is the best value is lab-scale trial.
