The purpose of this study was to examine how students' career consciousness that studies would connect to the occupation had an impact on the acquisition of generic skills in a general education substantially. So, the questionnaires survey in which 90 college students participated was analyzed. The result indicated that career consciousness influenced over the acquisition of generic skills to some extent. Moreover, it indicated that career consciousness and learning behavior influenced over the acquisition of generic skills, on the other side learning motivation didn't. These results suggested that the students who could study eagerly with career consciousness would get higher learning outcomes, and would accomplish growth better through their college life. Therefore, it could be important for teachers to join regular curriculum and career education program together in order to support students' growth.
