    Chinese food in our country has Chinese food Japanese style which was uniquely arranged, notauthentic Chinese, including “Hatupousai” and “Chyukadon”. One of them is ”Yurinchi”. This is servedas one of the Chinese cuisine very commonly, such as a Chinese restaurant in the street and a pub.Because of its convenience, it receives the impression that it is cook arranged in a Japanese style.Also, many home-cooked recipes exist that are arranged in a Japanese style, and have become popular ingeneral, and ”Yurinchi” are recognized as one of the Chinese cuisines for most Japanese.However, in the media, there are many discourses that are regarded as a cuisine originating in China.However, in China, which is said to be home-grown, it is almost impossible to see restaurants andrecipes for home-cooked dishes at all. Even asking the chef of Cantonese cuisine, only ambiguousanswers such as whether it is Taiwanese food rather than Cantonese cuisine can only be obtained. Alsoin books of household dishes published in Hong Kong and Taiwan, there is no descriptionabout ”Yurinchi”, and that description is not found in special cookbooks.However, naming and pronunciation are in Chinese. If so, when and where was the ”Yurinchi”, how wasit brought to Japan? Is it really a dish derived from China?

    Thought process in nursing care becomes critical reasoning. However, fostering logical thinking ability remains as a challenge. Programming education, develop logical thinking and imagination in the movement from low age happening at home and abroad. You can incorporate nursing education overview education programming, there are discussed. Suggests that for programming education on its structure similar to the thinking process of the nursing assessment in integration of information gets easier. Also, found out that can result in improved capacity for programming education with important creativity by combining knowledge and knowledge for nurses to care for people with different values, the new values to create the ability to increase that.
