Sudden deafness is an cryptogenic hearing impairment which accompanies tinnitus and vertigo. And the patients are clearly aware of the date of occurrence. It is defined an intractable dis ease by Ministry o f Health, Labor and Welfare.
It is said the cases recovered completely, residuals, uncured within two weeks, each of them are 30%. There is a report of three cases recovered by Ryodoraku T herapy.
Method/Procedure
Basic regulation therapy, type III∼ V as General Regulation Therapy (GRT) of Ryodoraku were done. H₅ 21 (TH21), H₄ 19 (8l10). F₅ 42 (GB2), H₅ 17 (TH17), H₅ 18 (TH 18), H₅ 20 (TH20), F₅ 32 (GB12), EX (Eimei), F₄ 62 (BL7), F₄ 61 (BL89), EX (dizziness ar ea), EX (balance area), EX (shitumin) as branch treatment were used.
Evaluation
As evaluation methods, Hearing Test and VAS (Visual Analogue Scale) were used. VAS was improved than first examination.
The measurement s on Ryodoraku Chart have also moved closer to the mean and balanced. On BS. F3, F5, extraordinariness has seen in three cases. Ryodoraku Therapy is effective f or not only analgesic medication but activation for self healing ability.
It affects autonomic nerves functions and normalizes p eripheral blood flow. There are possibilities Direct- Current Electric Acupuncture and Low Frequency Retained Needle Stimulation improve the blood circulation and the imbalance of autonomic nerves functions.
Ryodoraku Therapy is recognized as useful for the treatment of S udden deafness.
