The first purpose of this paper is to present evidence for the correlation between social stratum and juvenile delinquency in recent Japan (study1)． The data used for this study was obtained from official statistics on delinquency and the census. We assumed academic background as the index of social stratum. Further, this paper also aims to establish the causal linkage between social stratum and delinquency (study2). Cultural capital and educational aspiration were assumed as the index of social stratum. We conducted a survey on 369 pairs of junior high school boys and their mothers to test some hypotheses about the linkage between them. The structural equation modeling with latent variables (SEM/LV) was applied to the data. The main findings were as follows: (1) social stratum is correlated with juvenile delinquency; (2)a significant correlation was found between social stratum and serious violent crimes and drug-related crimes; (3)social stratum has no direct effect on delinquency; (4)and an evidence was found for the in direct effect of social stratum on delinquency with bad parental discipline or school maladjustment.

For improving employment condition of Security Guard, the brake is put on a cheap order, it evaluates it excluding the amount of money, it gives preferential treatment according to the ability.
