携帯電話を用いてＱＲコードを認識することで，観光者行動をトレースするシステムを提案する。構築した本システムの検証を行うため，石川県加賀市山中温泉にて実験を行った。このとき、観光者の意見を直接把握するために電子掲示板も用いて実験に供した。これらを用いることで，観光者の直接的評価や効率的な観光政策立案に貢献することができ、観光産業活性化の支援に繋がると考えられる。

This report is originally intended to search for the person who was the greatest promotor of economic development of Meiji Era in Japan. After careful study,I came to the conclusion that the team of Kaoru Inoue & Eiichi Shibusawa made the most important contribution to the development of Japanese industries in Meiji Era. Kaoru Inoue was only one influential polititian & high government officer who firmly believed that the economy was the decisive factor of the power of a nation while other leaders were entirely involved in politics & war. Therefore, it was quite natural that capable & ambitious business people got together around Inoue, in some case asking for government support or in some case simply for his advices. Eiichi Shibusawa attended Paris EXPO in 1867 as the accountant of Japanese delegation team. He discovered there the system of "Public Limited Liability Company" which was very effective to support big project financially by amalgamating small capital into big one. He advocated this system throughout Japan to help develop big projects. It is said that the number of companies he related was more than 500. More important is "Shibusawa Business Philosophy" which had been until recently the Japanese standard of business way & ethics based on Confucius Philosophy. The characteristics of his Philosophy is that the development of business & ethics of business must be coexistent through the cooperation of business community. They once worked together as Ministry of Finance officers, Inoue as Secretary General,Shibusawa as manager of a department. These two unique characters were exquisitely mixed and created a great leadership in the development of industries in MeijiEra.

 The commemoration of specific people and events has been one of the important role of architectures in society since a long time ago, as Adrian Forty, who is a famous historian states that “The creation of buildings for commemoration is one of the oldest purposes of architecture. The expectation that works of architecture can prolong collective social memory of persons or events beyond the mental recollections of individuals who knew or witnessed them at first hand has been a regular feature of architecture since antiquity, ···” in “Words and Buildings: A Vocabulary of Modern Architecture”. In contemporary architectures the memorial architectures are built with the purpose of the commemoration. Here we aim to illustrate contemporary Japanese architect's thoughts on the commemoration by investigating design theories of the memorial architecture.
 Initially several descriptions about the architect's intention in designing the memorial architecture were extracted from each design theory. First these descriptions were analyzed by applying the method created by Jiro Kawakita, and were classified into two meaning ; one is the meaning proper to commemoration, which contains “expression of the commemoration object” and “transmission of the commemoration object”, the other is the meaning attendant on commemoration, which contains “relationship with local society”, “relationship with surrounding environment” and “relationship with interior capability”.
 Secondly the combination of these meanings in each design theory was studied. Then following characteristic design theories were found ; the design theory in which an intention about the meaning attendant on commemoration is described and the design theory in which both intentions about the meaning proper to commemoration and intentions about the meaning attendant on commemoration are described.
 Thirdly several descriptions about the way to represent the architect's intention were extracted and analyzed. The descriptions of the representation were abstracted into two different level ; the level of object to represent and the level of character of the object. Then the object to represent was classified into “whole” and “part”, and the character of the object was classified into “shape”, “color - material”, “composition” and “scale”.
 Consequently, the relationship between the architect's intention and its representation were analyzed, and following characteristic relationships between the architect's intention and its representation were found ; the meaning proper to commemoration and “part”, the meaning attendant on commemoration and “whole”.

This review deals with our synthetic efforts for guanidine alkaloid of saxitoxin (STX), a paralytic shellfish toxin. STX shows potent inhibitory activity against voltage-gated sodium channels (Na_Vs), which are membrane proteins that involve in the generation and propagation of action potentials in neurons. More than 50 analogs of STX have been isolated from nature, and these analogs commonly possess characteristic tricyclic core skeleton including two kinds of 5-memberd and 6-memberd cyclic guanidine. For the synthesis of the core structure, we have developed a neighboring acyl group assisted cyclization strategy to give tricycle with a fully protected form of saxitoxinol under quite mild conditions. This key intermediate allows us total synthesis of (＋)-decarbamoyl saxitoxin (dcSTX), (＋)-gonyautoxin 3 (GTX3) including and STX. Besides, we have achieved the synthesis of 11-saxitoxinethanoic acid (SEA), which is an unusual STX derivative bearing carbon-carbon bond at the C11 position by applying Mukaiyama aldol condensation reaction with silyl enolether derived from the key intermediate of fully protected saxitoxinol. Na_V inhibitory activities of some synthetic derivatives with C11-substituents in STX were also described.

 The purpose of this study is to focus on contemporary museum which have free appreciation route, and to clarify the relationship between the route selection and spatial cognition of the viewers.
 As a result, by analyzing the appreciation route of all subjects first, it was possible to classify the appreciation route for each museum. Next, by analyzing of the characteristics of the spatial composition in each museum, both elements to encourage and to hinder route selection revealed. At the end, by analyzing of words and pictures drawn on the sketch map by using an index called "degree of spatial understanding", the relationship between spatial cognition and words in each museum revealed.
