(1) To make the school library a medium-center for studying, it is necessary to promote the ability of the students in information management in order to enable them (the users) to make use of a variety of media by guiding them to the proper use. It is because the students are compelled to find difficulty in using them, however hard we may try to organize information and present it to users.
(2) The learning ability in future will depend upon how to promote the ability in information management. This ability will bring forth reproduction and creation of information.
(3) In our language teaching, we have made efforts to let them promote expression ability (composition ability) in order to enable them to manage documents. We have aimed at students acquiring creative expression ability by developing the study from short composition to long composition (to write a subject—to write grammatically—to write expressively) for the purpose of making the students establish a “writing habit in life.”
(4) In advance, through this guide, we have checked their present managing ability, observed how they are trying to deal with information managing by using extract cards, evaluated their expression ability through their reports, and then observed how they begin to study by “BIBLOS” (an introductory text-book to library use for the students) and its results by post-checking.
(5) In this course of studying, the students have certainly acquired expression ability. From now on it will be necessary for the students to make efforts to have a subjective critical mind and reproduce and create more valuable information.
