症例は70歳の男性で，嚥下時のつかえ感にて近医を受診し，胸部下部食道に1型腫瘍を認めて入院したが，38度以上の発熱が続き，当院に転院した．血液検査では白血球が18,100 /mm³, CRPが22.64 mg/dlと高値を示した．転院後も39度以上の発熱が毎日続き，白血球20,500 /mm³, CRP 25.09 mg/dlと高値が持続した．血中G-CSFが64 pg/ml（正常値18 pg/ml以下）と高値でありG-CSF産生性腫瘍と診断した．化学療法は行わずに手術を行い，食道中下部切除術・2領域郭清・亜全胃管・胸腔内吻合術を施行した．病理組織学的検査では腫瘍部には上皮成分と非上皮成分があり，食道癌肉腫と診断した．GCSF免疫染色検査は腫瘍細胞の胞体に陽性であった．TNM分類による進行度は，pT2, pN0, M0, pStage IIAであった．術後の経過は良好で，熱・白血球・CRPとも正常化し，術後38日目に退院した．術後5年を経過して再発の徴候はない．

The object of designs has been expanded into the form of interaction. We paid attention to our own "experiences" to clarify the form of interaction. Grasping the structure of our own experiences as a clue of our study, we attempted to clarify the method of interaction designs. In order to grasp the structure of our own experiences, we picked up our experiences of the performance by "bodily expressions." We made our students set a happening titled "Users operate interactive with artificial things" as a theme, and made them play a performance. Besides, we made them visualize their experience of the performance as a dynamic model on the display screen of a computer.

This study tried optimization of design parameter of an ultra-thin flat plate dynamic speaker unit as an example of high flexibility of the products design. We derived the regression formula of the sound quality effect of each design parameter by the design of experiments and the multiple linear regression analysis, and the evaluation criteria was decided by the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). The optimal combination was searched using the regression formula and the evaluation criteria from the combination of 4800 kinds of design parameters which can be manufactured. As a result, the combination of these higher ranks satisfied simultaneously some sound quality characteristics required for a speaker. Further, we made the prototype of the same specification as them, and they were compared with the predicted value. They had high accuracy to the predicted value. These results suggests that, though the optimum design is difficult by experience and intuition, it can be performed comparatively easily using the regression formula from the design of experiments and the evaluation criteria by the AHP.

Objective: This study aimed to determine whether fetal arm movements change when music is presented to the mother or directly to the fetus through the mother’s lower abdomen, and whether maternal mood influences changes in fetal arm movements. Methods: Using a diagnostic ultrasound apparatus, fetal arm movements were measured in 47 pregnant women in the 35-36th week of pregnancy. Subjects were divided into two groups: a maternal presentation group, in which the mothers listened to music through headphones; and a fetal presentation group, in which music was presented directly to the fetus through headphones placed on the mother’s abdomen. Fetal arm movements were observed and recorded by ultrasound for a total of 10 min (5 min without music followed by 5 min with music). The music used was Mozart’s Sonata for Two Pianos in D Major, K. 448. The Profile of Mood States–Brief Form (POMS) was used to investigate the influence of maternal mood on fetal arm movements. Results: In the maternal presentation group, changes in fetal arm movement did not differ between mothers with different moods. In the fetal presentation group, fetal arm movements increased when the mother was energetic and decreased when the mother lacked energy. Fetal arm movement also decreased when the mother had a high level of fatigue and increased when the mother had a low level of fatigue. Conclusion: Presenting music directly to the fetus while the mother is relaxed has the potential to increase fetal response to the music and may possibly promote fetal well-being.

わが国のインターネット普及人口は2000年で約5,000万人（モバイル利用含む），電子商取引額はBtoC（企業対消費者）で8,240億円，BtoB（企業対企業取引）で21兆6,400億円に上ると言われているが，一方で諸外国に比べITに関連する法整備の遅れが目立ち，ITを使っての国民生活や企業活動が安心してできる環境が整っていなかったという一面がある。そこで政府は2000年7月のIT戦略会議の発足以降，「5年以内に世界最高のIT国家になる」というスローガンのもと，ITに関連する新たな法律を制定し，また従来の法律でITの普及の阻害要因となる法律の改正に着手した。本稿ではこれらの法律および法案を中心に，併せて電子商取引での税制の問題や著作権の問題についても報告する。

デジタルコンテンツの保護は，複製・送信可能化行為などについて著作権によって保護されており，また，コピーコントロールやアクセスコントロールなどの保護技術が著作権法・不正競争防止法によって保護されている。また，プロバイダー責任法により，デジタルコンテンツの違法な流通が一定の範囲で抑止できる。しかしながら，コンピュータおよびインターネットの普及，P2Pソフトウエアの登場などにより，インターネットからダウンロードする形態の私的使用目的の複製の総数が大規模化しているが，送信行為のみを規制する従来の法律では対処しきれず，権利者の逸失利益は見逃せないものとなってきており，立法による対策が早急に必要であると考える。

La démarche intégrative de la grammaire en français sur objectif spécifique (FOS) présente les activités grammaticales en lien avec le milieu professionnel. À l’aide de l’analyse des discours spécialisés, nous pouvons enseigner une grammaire « de sens » dans un programme du FOS pour que les apprenants puissent interagir en contexte professionnel et comprendre les documents en référence. Le but de cet article est d’examiner ses applications au français sur objectif de l’art culinaire (FOAC) à partir des contenus d’un manuel spécialisé. Après une présentation des points grammaticaux, nous proposerons quelques adaptations en classe pour les apprenants taïwanais.

In the field of French for specific purpose (FOS in French), the integrative approach of grammar present grammatical activities in connection with workplace. By means of specialized discourse analysis, we could teach ‘‘grammar of the sense’’ in a FOS program. The aim of this paper is to examine the applications of integrative grammar teaching for French for culinary arts (FOAC in French) from a specialized textbook. After an overview of grammatical points, we will suggest some in-class accomodations for Taiwanese students.
