The feature of digital portfolios study and assessment system in this research is that the teacher created the digital portfolios for study groups, and utilized it for study instruction and study assessment. The folder of the digital portfolios is CD-R and the contents are video files. The result of this research practice is that the meta-cognition about the study rubric of skill and the work situation of self was promoted by the video files.
