Global education in management is based upon the bi-cultural premise which is exactly the same as in Kabuki. A Kabuki player is “a bi-cultural management identity” who acts as a ‘bold’ cultural person and ‘gentle’ cultural person in accordance with the changing situations and preset roles. His leadership-position daily requires imaginative powers, which create both innovative values and innovative processes to produce performance arts in the Kabuki stages. The same bi-cultural management identities can be applied to the global players including CEOs, executives, managers, persons in management and professionals who deal with global leadership opportunities and who are also looking for models of global education and self-actualization in real business and management.
