Abstract

In conventional Japan, the space in a residence was divided according to the function. Now, such space is being made borderless and it is needed for what is used there, and them to change. This case is a new kitchen item. It was designed in order to make it correspond to the spread phenomenon of an open kitchen or an automatic dishwasher. There is a basket type large [an old drainer tool] and deep. These have the complicated appearance from living and it is not very well. In order to function a drainer lightly, I made the function simple, and I made it the style of the tray, and considered the appearance in space, and the production nature of the tableware itself. And I examined the design as for which a high-class feeling is in the feeling of those who see, or those who use so that it may be regarded as a valuable.
