Design Development of Office Chair "PULSE"

Abstract

The "Pulse" office chair is based on a design developed as a result of research from an industrial-government-academic project on stable wheel chairs. This office chair is a result of 20 years of joint research and development into the design methodologies and mechanisms for comfortable and functional seating for people with cerebral paralysis and other severe physical handicaps which make seating difficult.
