For the 32nd Fukuroi Crown Melon Marathon Participation Award

Abstract

　At the beginning of development, it was not intended to be sold as a product, but was intended to be designed so that it could be made by DIY in the world. Many requests for commercialization were received through the test release. The 32nd Fukuroi Crown Melon Marathon sponsored by the Fukuroi Sports Association of Shizuoka Prefecture in Japan, where the marathon competition was threatened by the COVID-19. The original sports face shield for DIY functioned as a sports face shield suitable for marathons by simply fitting it into the various caps without using mounting parts. Further improvements were made and redesigned as “Fukuroi Special Sports Face Shield” to meet the demands of the Fukuroi Crown Melon Marathon. By distributing this participation prize to 2,000 people, it was a great opportunity to lead the tournament to the event without canceling it. (Patent Pending 2020--115898)
