The sequence of the loose sedimentary strata of Osaka and Akasi Areas consists of the following divisions, from the oldest to the youngest, the Osaka Group, the Mantidani Formation, the Harima Formation, the Kiyotani Formation, the Uemati Formation, the Itami Formation and the recent sediments. In this paper, the changes of climate and sea level are considered through the evidences recognized in these sedimentaries.
