The changes of the organelles during mitosis were observed in hepatic parenchymal cells after partial hepatectomy. The endoplasmic reticulum plays a roll to form nuclear envelope of dauthter nuclei at early telophase. The Golgi apparatus shows a dynamic morphological changes during mitosis. The number of the peroxisomes decreased before the onset of first cell division. The marker enzymes of those organelles, glucose-6-phosphatase for endoplasmic reticulum, thiamine pyrophosphatase for Golgi apparatus, Peroxidase for peroxisome, helps great deal to identify the organelles especially which show dynamic changes of morphology.
