Abstract
On the ceremony space about Rikko-no-Kyo ( ?? ) performed in Tai ( ?? ) of the aristocratic residences in the Heian era, the following points were clarified.
1) In Rikko-no-Kyo ( ?? ), the placement method of the seat of the participants were different from the first day and the second or third day.
2) A difference between these methods were not caused by a difference of order of Ritsuryo-sei ( ?? ) and order of Sekkan-sei ( ?? ).
3) A difference between these method were caused whether Tai ( ?? ) and Shinden ( ?? ) become one ceremony space.
