This study records the facts of the construction of temporary welfare housing built after the Great East Japan Earthquake in 2011. It also aims to clarify the reality of the situation and present findings. It was confirmed that 12 housing units were built in Iwate with 140 houses, 36 houses with 290 houses in Miyagi and 18 houses with 170 houses in Fukushima. It is clarified the findings in the layout planning, floor plan and safety measures for the construction of temporary housing for welfare.
