抄録

This paper focused on an opening with a lattice, which was extracted as an occluding edge in the near view in the previous paper, and developed a method for notating visual changes with the movement of an observer. We proposed a method to measure the “flickering sensation” caused by the appearance of background surfaces through gaps in the lattice, based on the apparent size of the lattice and the fineness of changes in lightness and darkness, and to measure this from drawings. This method was used to quantitatively confirm the impact of the renovation on the visual experience of walking.
