STUDY ON SIZE OF DWELLING ROOMS AREA OF LIVING QUARTERS AND TOTAL AREA OF DWELLING AT MANSION IN FUKUOKA CITY, 1971〜1986 : On the valuation by Housing Standard Part 2

Abstract

"Housing standard" of third & fourth five-year program for housing constraction in JAPAN is established adopting "Total area dwelling" and "Size of dwelling rooms area of living quaters" and so on by housing type. Measuring by both, I tried to analyze the dwelling plan of "Manssion" (1208 type, 8032 houses) in Fukuoka City. After the above studies, I obtained the following results that only 15%. of the dwelling plan were up to "The Ordinary housing standard" on the both.
