Abstract
Architectural Space Montage Method was thought up by author. Subject's mental schema is expected to be represented by the disposition of miniatures 1 to 50 scale on a white plate 60cm × 90cm. School children as subjects of this method tried to make models of the ideal school. The earlier disposition of the architectural space by walls without furniture showed the subject's mental schema in the developed stage of the process. An entrance was imaged as a center of school. Inconsistencies of functional relations of spaces were found in models in the undeveloped stage. The difference in schema between schizophrenic patients and children was clarified. Models by girls showed the involved character.
