This study examines in which area in Tokyo 23 wards it is possible to introduce District Heating & Cooling with hot water. District Heating & Cooling with hot water tends to increase as utility of unused energy has increased. These area ware selected at the following three points; 1) efficiency of heat transportation 2) balance of the demand for heat according to the temperature 3) Possibility of heat recovery in case of using heat pump.
