In recent years, much attention has been focused on the psychological and visual effects of windows, such as view. The aim of this research is to make a new method for quantitatively evaluating the view. As a first step, we consider the view of windows with blinds. In this study, an image processing algorithm that reproduces human visual processing, especially amodal completion, was constructed to evaluate the view. The results of the subject experiments conducted in a scale model and a real space showed that the view clarity could be well estimated by the algorithm proposed in the research.
