In this study, we have been studying countermeasures on heavy-weight floor impact sound for small-scale nursery schools. In this paper, we conducted an experimental study on heavy-weight floor impact sound for storage furniture with tatami on floating floor system. As a result, the specimen using the storage furniture with tatami proposed in this study can take measures against the heavy-weight floor impact sound of 15 dB or more in the 63 Hz band even on a floating floor system if proper vibration isolation and sound insulation are performed.
