In the first half, an opinion about factors indicating the Resiliency is reported. The outline of this opinion is that we must investigate the relation the dynamic deformation of the gymnasium floor to athlete's sense on resiliency. In the latter half, the process of planning and manufacturing by way of trial of apparatus for measuring the resiliency of Gymnasium floor is reported. By the experimental study on the translating the dynamic load, being acted on the gymnasium floor by athlete, into the mechanical load, we could obtain the mechanical load which was consist of Weight and Rubber Spring. making use of this mechanical Load, we manufactured by way of trial the apparatus for measuring the resiliency of gymnasium floor which was able to obtain the dynamic load-deflection curve of gymnasium floor. The result as obtained for the performance test of this apparatus is very efficient.
