抄録
This study has objects which picks out the contradication lying in the rural life environment, and finaly which definites the method of rural planning taking a side view of the life environment planning. This report (no.1) refers to the expansive process of the investigation of the planning method, by presenting the total image of this study. The formation of this paper is : (1) the defference between the planning studys in the past and the method study on the regional planning which has been required comprehensiveness. (2) the way of investigation of the method study. (3) the definition of rural planning (position in the land development, teritory, subject, contents, objects and means of planning). (4) the way of dcefinition of the framework. (5) how to develop the planning program (6) how to understand the life environment and how it is to be settled in the theme of rural planning.
