We obtained the lowest order non-linear basic equations. (i. e. the lowest strain tensors, the lowest two dimensionalized strain energy functions, the lowest constitutive equations, the lowest balance equations and the lowest mechanical boundary conditions) The main purpose of this paper is to approximate systematically non-linear basic equations derived in Part I. We proposed four standards for estimating about the order of magnitude with dimensionless parameters. (i. e. dimensionless displacements, dimensionless curveture and the wave length in shell region.) The derived non-linear basic equations in terms of displacements were approximated systematically on the basis of those.
