Based on the results obtained in the previous reports (i. e. Part-II) simulated ground motions in three components are actually generated. Two different procedures are proposed; one is to apply random phase angles for each frequency component and the other to apply real phase angles obtained from observed accelerograms. Although results of both procedures are satisfactory, the latter one is concluded to fit better. It may be possible to conclude that the principal purpose of the generation of design earthquake ground motion has been achieven by these series of reports.
