抄録

This study focuses on the experimental establishment of the evaluating method of hardness of floors and walls from a viewpoint of safety in accidental falls and collisions. In this paper, Part 1, significant characteristics, namely, collision velocity, relative mass, hardness, and contact area of typical parts of body are measured respectively by using original measuring equipments, in order to get basis data for making impact models of human body, which are the base of new hardness tester.
