This paper is concerned with a method for calculating the deviation of the displacements and the internal forces of arches to stochastic distributed loads. The purpose of this paper is to explain the basic concept of the present method and to apply the method to the arches subjected to distributed loads idealized into white noise random fields. As the numerical results, the standard deviation of the responses of displacements and the internal forces are shown for a two hinged arch and a fixed arch under the white noise distributed load.
