Abstract

The basic planning concept(hypothesis of idea) of the nursing home the writer himself designed is setting centering around the "eating habits" witch is origin of "power of living". The purpose of this study is to explanation of this intention of this hypothesis and to verification of this hypothesis by the investigation as first stage after the institution release. And this study is analyzed the case data which is possession of institution and the questionnaire to staffs.
