A low energy house with high-efficient equipments requires less energy than conventional housing. On the other hand, building materialized Photo Voltaic (PV) roof system can change a house from an energy consuming field to an energy producing field. A house with highly insulated structure and carefully designed proportion can lessen air conditioning load to a minimum level. Annual energy balance of a carefully designed low energy house with PV system can be zero. Actual low energy houses with PV system are evaluated with energy balance, energy cost, and environment load.
