Because of depopolation and decline of central district in the local city, the extensive used lands have been increasing. This research aims to recommend approach that the management and the number of car parking in right adjustment. As a result of following points; 1) In order to succeed an enterprise, it turns out that a store which is in a shopping center needs to be cooperated from investigation in Yamaguchi. 2) As for management of a parking lot, it is desirable to be carried out by TMO. 3) Or the shopping center association borrows an exclusive parking lot and a monthly contract parking lot, it is the conditions of system introduction to buy and to fix as a keeping-for-a-time parking lot. 4) It is a subject how minus by about 2,400,000 yen per year is compensated as the whole system.
