Abstract

This report describes the development example of the educational technique for the management personnel training of a builder and a construction engineer. After this lecture invited the specialist of an object enterprise field to it and heard the talk, it performed questions and answers. After the lecture, the homework of building one's enterprise in which it excels a benchmark in the enterprise about which the lecturer spoke each time was given. Consequently, the validity of this educational technique was checked from analysis of the contents of a question.
