In this report, structural tests of flexible connection of pile head for cast-in-place concrete pile and practical analysis were reported. In this flexible connection, the pile rebars are not anchored to footing and the pile head was formed in the shape of cone or flat to control the rotation. This flexible connection can reduce the stress acting on the pile head compared with regid one. So this flexible connection can realize the high performance of the deformation capacity with little damage of the pile against hard earthquake attacks.
