Construction site manager pursue productivity improvement in daily management works. Quantification of relation between productivity and workers’ activities is start of “KAIZEN” that is a solution for achievement productivity improvement. The author focus on worker’s carrying or walking velocity because worker’s overburden is appeared into carrying velocity. In this paper, the author describe about a method to calculate velocity of carrying or walking from dataset of construction worker’s activity log. The activity log data was captured in indoor experimental construction of scaffolding. 20 datasets were created and changed into 18 carrying velocity histograms.
