This report considered the Hirayama’s GEJ.2 version first impression, and the following points became clear.
The price is written down on the front matter with a handler in London, and the GEJ.2 version first impression is unseen conventionally. This book made prints assuming release in London, and bookbinding was accomplished in Japan. This book is proved to have been the collection of books of royal Meteorological Society from a possession mark. I can think that this book was published in the end of May, 1892 from the date of the ownership stamp at the latest.
