In the case of inheriting historic buildings during private redevelopment, we examine the factors that influenced the judgment of the method. In this paper, we will look at the JP Tower project which redeveloped the Tokyo Central Post Office which is a modern Japanese architecture and summarized the knowledge gained about the review process.
