Kawaguchi laboratory of the Institute of Industrial Science, University of Tokyo maintains design change books of the main gymnasium of the National Indoor Stadium. These materials are divided into 5 booklets and instruct design changes of various parts. Tange and Tsuboi completed the main gymnasium using the large roof of suspended structure and the seismic control technology never realized in Japan. As a result, a number of design changes were made at the construction site. This report aims to create a summary and lists of these changes of the main gymnasium of the National Indoor Stadium Main Stadium.
