金沢市における歴史的建築物の空き家の流通・再利用の実態と課題

This paper clarifies the actual conditions and problems of the circulation and reutilization of vacant historical buildings in Kanazawa City, and considers measures for improvement. The research was conducted according to the following methods: 1. Analysis of the data from the exteriors survey of historical buildings 2. Analysis and evaluation of the support system for historical buildings in Kanazawa City, based on literature and surveys 3. Interview survey with owners of vacant historical buildings
